Endometrioziste Steroid Biyolojisi

Synopsis

"This chapter delves into the intricate relationship between epigenetics and steroidogenesis in understanding the complex etiology of endometriosis. It provides a detailed explanation of how epigenetic regulations influence the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors (ER and PR) genes, disrupting the balance of steroid hormones and contributing to the development of endometriosis. By presenting up-to-date information on the pathophysiology of endometriosis, this chapter offers novel perspectives for future research."
