Gebelikte Travma Cerrahisi ve Ebelik Bakımı
Özet
Travma vakaları içerisinde dikkatle yönetilmesi gereken özel popülasyonlardan biri gebe travma vakalarıdır. Gebelik, travmatik olaylara bağlı ölüm oranını 1,6 kat daha artırmaktadır. Gebelikte travmatik yaralanmalar genel olarak künt travma, penetran travma, motorlu taşıt kazaları, düşmeler, aile içi şiddet sonrasında meydana gelen yaralanmalar ve yanıklar olarak değerlendirilebilir. Gebelikteki fizyolojik düzenlemeler, anne ve fetüsün travmaya verdiği patofizyolojik tepkiler üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olabilir. Gebe hastalarda travma yönetimi, travmanın ciddiyetine ve gebelik haftasına göre belirlenir. Gebelikte travma yönetiminde multidisipliner ekip tarafından sağlanan ortak yönetim, gebe travma mağduru ve fetüsünün uygun bakımını sağlamak açısından çok önemlidir.
