Synopsis
Beyin metastazları, sistemik kanserlerin en sık görülen intrakraniyal yayılım şeklidir. MRG’de çevresel kontrastlanan, ödemle çevrili lezyonlar şeklinde izlenir. Diffüzyon ve perfüzyon özellikleri primer tümöre göre değişkenlik gösterebilir. Tedavide cerrahi, radyocerrahi ve sistemik tedaviler kombine olarak uygulanır.
